Itinerary

Arrive at Rome International Airport at 09:55. After landing, board a coach and check into the hotel. Refresh and then head to the Colosseum, the largest amphitheatre ever built, constructed in AD 80 and situated just east of the Roman Forum. Later, visit the Roman Forum, a key historical site for daily events in ancient Rome. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, visit the Vatican Museums, home to an extensive collection amassed by the Popes over the centuries, featuring some of the world’s most renowned classical sculptures and masterpieces of Renaissance art. Next, explore the Sistine Chapel, where Michelangelo’s famous fresco of The Last Judgement adorns the ceiling. Proceed to St. Peter’s Basilica, a prime example of Renaissance architecture and the largest church in the world. Continue to the Trevi Fountain, designed by Nicola Salvi and completed by Giuseppe Pannini, and one of the largest Baroque fountains in the city. End the day at the Spanish Steps, a picturesque and monumental staircase of 135 steps. Dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast and check-out, head to Roma Termini to catch a train to Pisa. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and freshen up. Visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, renowned for its tilt, along with the Pisa Baptistery, the largest in Italy and built in both Romanesque and Gothic styles, and the Pisa Cathedral, dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Enjoy an evening exploring the streets of Pisa. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast and check-out, travel by train to Florence. Once arrived, check into the hotel and refresh. Visit Piazza del Duomo, the heart of the city, and then the Palazzo Pitti, built in 1488 as the primary residence of the ruling families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. Explore the Ponte Vecchio, a medieval stone bridge over the Arno River, ideal for sketching and shopping for antiques, jewellery, and souvenirs. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast and check-out, board a train to Bologna. Take a detour to visit the Ferrari Museum to learn about the evolution of Ferrari as a racing brand. Return to Bologna station by noon to catch a train to Venice. Check into the hotel in Venice by late afternoon and relax. Immerse yourself in the charm of this lagoon city and enjoy some leisure time. Dinner and overnight stay.

Following breakfast, take an excursion to Murano Island, famed for its glassmaking. Visit the Museo del Vetro to see the evolution of glassmaking and admire beautiful ancient glasswork. The museum's Gothic-style building adds to the experience. Next, explore Santa Maria e San Donato, one of the oldest churches in the Venetian Lagoon, built in the 7th century and famous for its legendary dragon bones displayed behind the altar. After breakfast, visit the Doge’s Palace, a landmark of Venetian Gothic architecture. Continue to Piazza San Marco, an architecturally stunning square used for social, religious, and political purposes. Explore St. Mark’s Basilica, a prime example of Italo-Byzantine architecture, located at the eastern end of Piazza San Marco and adjacent to the Doge’s Palace. In the late afternoon, visit the Rialto Bridge, the oldest of the four bridges spanning the Grand Canal. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay.
